Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to workplace accidents or injuries, ensuring timely first aid and coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards for patient privacy.
• To provide basic nursing care to all patients.
• Avail 24 x 7 in medical emergencies.
• Dispensing medicines from the pharmacy.
• Need to do general, after noon and night duties as per duty roaster.
• Ready to take over additional responsibilities of other nursing staffs during their leave period.
• Maintaining pharmacy stock checking.
• Maintaining of pharmacy inventory.
• Conducting medical awareness programs in camps.
• Medical checkup in interior camps.
• Maintaining ambulance inventory.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field, with a valid nursing license in the respective jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health or corporate nursing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Experience working in a corporate environment with a solid understanding of workplace health regulations.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions quickly.
• Empathy and compassion towards employees, with a strong commitment to promoting a healthy workplace culture.
• OMAN PROMETRIC / MOH APPROVED LICENSE IS A MUST.
