By purchasing any paid services on TrustyGCC, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
TrustyGCC offers digital recruitment services including job postings, candidate search tools, and premium employer features.
Because these services are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable, except where stated below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be granted only in the following situations:
A. Duplicate Payment
If the same service was purchased more than once by mistake, TrustyGCC will refund the duplicate charge.
B. Technical Issues from Our Side
If a purchased service cannot be used due to a verified platform error (e.g., job not publishing, dashboard malfunction), a refund or service credit may be issued.
C. Service Not Delivered
If a purchased package was not activated or provided, and TrustyGCC could not resolve the issue, you may request a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for the following:
Job posting has already been published
Candidate search tools have already been accessed
Employer has already downloaded or viewed candidate resumes
Job post did not receive applications (TrustyGCC does not guarantee applicant volume)
Employer changed their mind after purchase
Service was purchased but not used by the employer
Fraudulent or misleading job posts removed due to policy violation
4. Subscription or Package Purchases
For multi-job packages or subscription-based plans:
Unused credits are non-refundable
Expired credits cannot be reinstated
Subscription renewals are final once processed
You may cancel future renewals through your employer dashboard.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:

Payment receipt
Reason for refund request
Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
6. Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

TrustyGCC may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
